Visiting Our ICU. Though we keep visiting hours flexible for the close family, visiting an ICU can be overwhelming experience hence it will be better if we all know what to expect. It is a good idea to check with the family concerned before you arrive. To reduce the risk of infection you may be told to sanitise and you may not be allowed items such as flowers. The person in the ICU will surely be ill and drowsy hence prioritise your visit accordingly. You will normally be allowed to touch and comfort the patient and familiar voices soothe the patients though they may not be conscious. Our staff will be at hand to answer any questions you may have.
